Ingredients

  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and combine well. If dough is too crumbly, add more almond milk.
  • Add in chocolate chips and mix.
  • Seperate into 12 round equal-sized balls. Sprinkle with coarse flaky sea salt and enjoy!

Notes

These are great to freeze and grab and go when you need a quick snack.
