- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spoon small dollops of cottage cheese onto the baking sheet, about 1.5 inches apart.
Spread each dollop thinly using the back of a spoon to form chip-sized rounds.Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning evenly over the top of each chip.
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Your baking time will vary depending on how thin you flatten the cottage cheese.
