- ¾ cup water
- 10 g sweetener brown sugar monk fruit sweetener
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ¾ scoop protein powder

Add the cream of rice and water to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, then remove and whisk to break up any clumps.
Microwave again for 30 seconds, whisking again to smooth the texture. Microwave a final 30 seconds until thick and creamy. The more you microwave the more thick the mixture will get - you can do another 30 seconds if desired.

In a small bowl, mix the protein powder with water or milk until smooth and pourable.
Pour the protein drizzle over the cream of rice and add any toppings you like, such as blueberries or peanut butter.
Enjoy immediately while warm, or place in the refrigerator or freezer to chill if you prefer it cold.
