- 1 brie wheel
- ⅓ cup apricot jam
- ½ jalapeno
- chopped almonds
- fresh thyme
Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove brie from plastic wrap. You can remove the brie rind with a sharp knife if you choose, but it's not necessary.
Finely chop up a 1/2 of a jalapeno and mix into the apricot jam.
