Fluffy Dalgona Coffee Recipe

- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 12-16 ounces almond milk or any other non dairy, or regular milk
In a medium size bowl, combine the instant coffee and sugar.
Add the water and stir the ingredients together.
Use a hand mixer to whip the coffee for approximately 5 minutes, until it’s doubled in size (see photos above for reference).
Fill a 16 ounce cup with ice and milk alternative. I also added a splash of Vanilla almond milk creamer to mine. Top it with the whipped coffee. I don't always use all the coffee, this can make 1-2 portions depending on how strong you like your coffee!
Use up the whipped coffee within an hour or two as it will slowly turn back into liquid form overtime!
