- 4 cups Rice Chex Cereal
- ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, peanut butter, and salted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Be careful not to overheat. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
