High Protein Banana Cream Pie Bowl
High protein banana cream pie bowl made with Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, and banana pudding mix. It tastes like the inside of a banana cream pie, but it comes together in one bowl in about 5 minutes. No baking, no crust, no sugar crash.
Course: Dessert, High Protein
Cuisine: American
Servings: 2 servings

- 1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 30g scoop - I used 1UP Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder (see notes)
- 2 tbsp banana pudding mix
- 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 medium banana chopped
- 1 graham cracker crushed
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, banana pudding mix, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth and thick. Fold in the chopped banana and most of the graham cracker crumbs. Then split into 2 servings.
Top with the remaining crumbs and a few banana slices. Eat right away, or chill 5 to 10 minutes for a thicker, more pie-like set.
I love using Vanilla Ice Cream Isolate from 1UP Nutrition in this recipe. Easy on disgestion for people with sensitive stomachs! Code BAILS for 20% off all products.
