Lemon Protein Gummies (Gluten-Free)
These lemon protein gummies are chewy, refreshing, and packed with protein thanks to 1UP Nutrition’s Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein. With just two ingredients, they’re an easy, high-protein snack you can keep in the fridge all week.

Ingredients

scoops Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein from 1UP Nutrition

filtered water

gelatin
Optional - 1 tbsp malic acid to make them sour
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk together the water and protein powder until fully dissolved. If using the malic acid to make sour gummies, whisk in now.
Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin has fully dissolved (don’t let it boil).
Pour the mixture into
lemon silicone molds
or a parchment-lined dish.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set.
Pop the gummies out of the molds or cut into bite-sized pieces if using a dish. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
