Lemon Protein Gummies (Gluten-Free)

These lemon protein gummies are chewy, refreshing, and packed with protein thanks to 1UP Nutrition’s Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein. With just two ingredients, they’re an easy, high-protein snack you can keep in the fridge all week.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Lemon Italian Ice Clear Protein from 1UP Nutrition use code BAILS at checkout to save 20% on all products - see notes
  • 14 oz filtered water
  • 5 tbsp gelatin
  • Optional - 1 tbsp malic acid to make them sour

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, whisk together the water and protein powder until fully dissolved. If using the malic acid to make sour gummies, whisk in now.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the top and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
  • Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the gelatin has fully dissolved (don’t let it boil).
  • Pour the mixture into lemon silicone molds or a parchment-lined dish.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set.
  • Pop the gummies out of the molds or cut into bite-sized pieces if using a dish. Store the gummies in an airtight container in the fridge.
