Combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract, and salt all in the ninja creami pint container. Stir until fully combined and smooth, making sure it's no higher than the max fill line.
Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Remove frozen pint and run it under hot water for 60-90 seconds.
Install the pint into your machine and press the Lite Ice Cream button or Frozen Yogurt setting for the first spin.
Check the texture. If it’s still a bit powdery, pop it back in and press the Re-Spin button.
Check frozen yogurt again. The final product should be creamy and have a smooth texture. If needed, respin until it reaches your desired creaminess.
Once it’s silky smooth, dig a hole in the center and your favorite toppings. Then spin once more on mix in setting.
