- ½ cup Fairlife 2% milk
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Add Fairlife milk, almond milk, cottage cheese, pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt to a Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line. Mix well with a handheld frother until smooth.
Cover and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours until fully solid.
Remove the frozen pint, run under hot water for 60 seconds, and ensure the surface is level before placing it in the Ninja Creami machine.
Install the pint and press the Lite Ice Cream button..
If the mixture looks powdery or crumbly, add approx 2 tbsp milk, reinstall the pint, and press Re-spin button.
If needed, repeat the Re-spin function with a bit more liquid until the Frosty reaches that soft serve creamy consistency.
