Ingredients

  • ½ cup Fairlife 2% milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add Fairlife milk, almond milk, cottage cheese, pudding mix, chocolate protein powder, and salt to a Ninja Creami pint container up to the max fill line. Mix well with a handheld frother until smooth.
  • Cover and place in the freezer for at least 24 hours until fully solid.
  • Remove the frozen pint, run under hot water for 60 seconds, and ensure the surface is level before placing it in the Ninja Creami machine.
  • Install the pint and press the Lite Ice Cream button..
  • If the mixture looks powdery or crumbly, add approx 2 tbsp milk, reinstall the pint, and press Re-spin button.
  • If needed, repeat the Re-spin function with a bit more liquid until the Frosty reaches that soft serve creamy consistency.
  • Grab a spoon (or a straw if you’re feeling classic), and enjoy your homemade Wendy’s Frosty!
