- 2 large oranges
- 1 ½ cups orange juice approx
Slice your oranges thinly, then cut each slice in half to make semicircles. This will allow them to be easily folded into rose shapes.
Take 3-4 half-slices and fold them into the mold, layering them so they resemble the petals of a rose. Adjust the pieces as needed to achieve the rose look.
Carefully pour orange juice into each mold, filling to just below the top. The orange juice will freeze around the orange slices, holding them in place and enhancing the flavor.
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
