Ingredients

  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice approx

Instructions

  • Slice your oranges thinly, then cut each slice in half to make semicircles. This will allow them to be easily folded into rose shapes.
  • Take 3-4 half-slices and fold them into the mold, layering them so they resemble the petals of a rose. Adjust the pieces as needed to achieve the rose look.
  • Carefully pour orange juice into each mold, filling to just below the top. The orange juice will freeze around the orange slices, holding them in place and enhancing the flavor.
  • Place the tray in the freezer for at least 4-5 hours or until completely solid. For best results, freeze overnight.
  • Pop out the Orange Rose Ice Cubes and add them to a glass of bubbly to create a gorgeous, citrus-infused mimosa!
