Ingredients

  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • cup marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup turkey pepperoni
  • 2 cups caesar salad mix

Instructions

  • Place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce across the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, followed by a layer of pepperoni.
  • Place the baking sheet under the broiler on the bottom rack and cook for a few minutes, until the cheese melts and the pepperoni crisps up.
  • Carefully remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, toss your Caesar salad mix in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Once the tortillas are cool, add a generous scoop of Caesar salad onto each pizza tortilla.
  • Roll each one up like a wrap and serve immediately.
