- 2 tortilla wraps
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce
- ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup turkey pepperoni
- 2 cups caesar salad mix
Place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce across the center of each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce, followed by a layer of pepperoni.
Place the baking sheet under the broiler on the bottom rack and cook for a few minutes, until the cheese melts and the pepperoni crisps up.
