Course: Dessert
Cuisine: American
Servings: 16 marshmallows

- 2 cups Fairlife fat free milk
- 4 tbsp gelatin
- 3 scoops protein powder I used Unicorn Donut protein powder from 1UP Nutrition (use code BAILS at checkout to save on all products). Can also use vanilla protein powder.
- dusting of powdered sugar can use sugar-free
Pour the milk into a saucepan and sprinkle the gelatin on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes so the gelatin can bloom.
Heat the mixture over low heat, whisking constantly, until it thins out and is no longer frothy. Don’t let it boil—just warm enough to dissolve the gelatin.
Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a stand mixer then add in your protein powder. Whisk on high speed for about 5–8 minutes, or until soft peaks form and it starts looking fluffy and glossy.
Pour into a parchment paper lined baking dish or container, smooth the top, and refrigerate until fully set (about 2–3 hours).
Slice into squares, toss in powdered sugar and store in the fridge.
