- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil

Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low heat.
Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth — don’t rush this part, white chocolate burns easily.
Whisk in your protein powder slowly until completely combined and silky. You don't want to rush this either as it can cool down the chocolate too fast. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until solid.
Pop out or break into chunks and store in the fridge or freezer
