Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth — don’t rush this part, white chocolate burns easily.
  • Whisk in your protein powder slowly until completely combined and silky. You don't want to rush this either as it can cool down the chocolate too fast.
  • Pour the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Freeze for 20-30 minutes, or until solid.
  • Pop out or break into chunks and store in the fridge or freezer
