- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 ⅓ cups 2% Fairlife milk
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 5 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup low-fat cool whip
