Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ⅓ cups 2% Fairlife milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 5 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup low-fat cool whip

Instructions
