- 2 tbsp chocolate chips optional
FOR CREAM CHEESE ICING
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp cream cheese

Blend your oats on high to create a fine oat flour. Then add all remaining dry ingredients and wet ingredients and blend till combined.
Pour into a greased oven safe baking dish and bake at 350F for 20-23 minutes.
While that’s baking, make the frosting by combining together the greek yogurt, cream cheese and powdered sugar in a small bowl.
Remove oats from oven and top with “frosting” and sprinkles. Enjoy your delicious baked oatmeal!
