Smash Burger Tacos (Big Mac Tacos in 15 Minutes)
These smash burger tacos take everything you love about a Big Mac — crispy beef, melty American cheese, special sauce — and fuse it with a crispy tortilla. 15 minutes start to finish, zero drive-thru required.

FOR THE BIG MAC SAUCE
- ½ cup mayonnaise can use light mayo or sub 1/2 mayo 1/2 plain greek yogurt for higher protein version
- 2 tbsp ketchup can use sugar-free
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 2 tsp white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
FOR THE TACOS
- 600 g lean ground beef
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 24 sliced pickles
- ½ small white onion chopped
- 8 light cheese singles
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Divide the ground beef into equal portions. Press each portion onto the tortilla shells in a thin later, then season with salt and black pepper. Cook beef side down for 2-3 minutes in a medium skillet.
Flip each tortilla over and top with a slice of cheese. Cook for 1-2 more minutes covered on high heat until cheese melts.
Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, chopped onion, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce. Serve immediately.
Can use corn tortillas, however they don't hold up as well.
Can use shredded cheese instead of kraft singles.
