- 9 medjool dates
- ¼ cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- flakey coarse salt for topping
Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit if needed. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
Use the bottom of a glass to gently press each date flat into a disc shape.
Spoon a small amount of peanut butter onto each flattened date and spread evenly.
