Sugar Cookie Cold Foam (Starbucks Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp Homemade Sugar Cookie Syrup linked in instructions
  • 16 oz cold brew amount of your liking
  • Optional - more homemade sugar cookie syrup for inside cold brew

Instructions

  • In a small mixing bowl or measuring cup, add the heavy cream, milk, and Homemade Sugar Cookie Syrup. Mix together with hand held electric milk frother for 30-60 seconds.
  • Add cold brew to a separate glass with more sugar cookie syrup. Add ice and creamy cold foam on top.
  • Some of the cream will sink into the iced drink but most will remain on the top. Enjoy!
