Single Serve Air Fryer S’mores Dip (5 Minutes)
A single serve air fryer s’mores dip made in a ramekin with three ingredients, ready in five minutes, no campfire and no leftovers.

This is what I make when it’s nine at night and I want something sweet without opening a whole pan of anything.
Air fryer s’mores dip is chocolate chips and marshmallows melted together in a small dish in the air fryer, scooped up with graham crackers. This version makes one portion in a ramekin and takes 5 minutes start to finish, including the preheat.
Most s’mores dip recipes serve four to ten people. This one serves you.

What You Need
Semi-sweet chocolate chips. A quarter cup. Dark, milk, or white all work, and chopped chocolate from a bar melts smoother than chips do if you have one.
Jumbo marshmallows. Four, laid over the chocolate. Minis work and toast faster, so watch them closer.
Graham crackers. Three, for scooping. Chocolate grahams are good here if you want more chocolate, and gluten free grahams work exactly the same.
That’s the whole list. Amounts are in the recipe card.
On the dish: any small oven-safe ramekin works, and so does a mini cast iron skillet or a small ceramic dip bowl. What you need is something that says oven-safe on the bottom and fits your basket with a couple of inches clear around it. Do not use glass that isn’t rated for high heat, and skip anything plastic-handled. If you have nothing suitable, a doubled square of foil folded into a shallow bowl does the job and there’s nothing to wash afterward.

How to Make It
- Preheat the air fryer to 350ยฐF.
- Put the chocolate chips in a small oven-safe ramekin, spread flat.
- Lay the marshmallows over the top, covering the chocolate completely.
- Air fry 3 to 4 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown on top.
- Let it sit 2 minutes before you touch it. Molten marshmallow holds heat like napalm and it will take the roof of your mouth off.
- Scoop with graham crackers.

Don’t Burn the Marshmallows
This is the only thing that goes wrong with this recipe, and it goes wrong fast.
Marshmallows in an air fryer sit close to the element with fast-moving hot air on them, which is why they toast beautifully and then char in the space of about fifteen seconds. Start checking at 3 minutes, not at 4.
Golden brown is done. If the tops have gone dark brown anywhere, pull it immediately. That color keeps developing on residual heat for another thirty seconds after the basket opens.
If they’re browning before the chocolate has melted, lay a small piece of foil loosely over the top for the last minute. The chocolate underneath keeps warming while the marshmallows stop coloring.
Don’t walk away. Three minutes feels like enough time to do something else. It isn’t.
Use a ramekin that fits your basket with room around it for air to move. A dish wedged in tight cooks unevenly and the marshmallows in the middle stay pale while the edges burn.

Variations
- Peanut butter s’mores dip. A spoonful of peanut butter under the chocolate before the marshmallows go on.
- Salted caramel. Drizzle over the top after it comes out, with a pinch of flaky salt.
- Swap the dippers. Pretzels, apple slices, and strawberries all work, and the salt or the tartness cuts the sweetness better than graham crackers do.
Making It for More Than One
This scales straight up. Double it in a slightly larger dish, or quadruple it in a 6 or 7 inch cake pan or small cast iron skillet. Add a minute or two of cook time for a bigger, deeper dish and keep checking from the 3 minute mark either way.

- Small oven-safe ramekin
Ingredients
- ยผ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 4 jumbo marshmallows
- 3 graham crackers
Instructions
