INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THIS PIZZA BITES RECIPE

  • gluten-free flour  – 1:1 all-purpose flour.
  • baking powder makes the bagel pizza batter rise without having to add yeast
  • Greek yogurt reacts with baking powder to give the bagel batter a rise and make it taste light yet rich
  • Italian seasoning and garlic powder add that Italian flavor
  • pizza sauce or marinara – homemade is obviously best but store-bought does the job as well
  • mozzarella is the classic choice for anything pizza but don’t be shy about trying different kinds. Muenster would be a great choice a well
  • pepperoni – to keep these vegetarian add in some sliced mushrooms or olives

WHICH OTHER FILLINGS CAN I USE?

Feel free to skip the pepperoni and add bacon or ham. Alternatively, keep it vegetarian and add thinly-sliced mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, onion, etc.

STORING THE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BITES

Storage: Store leftover pizza bites in an airtight container or in a plastic zip-lock bag in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds or reheat them in a 375 F oven for 6-8 minutes.

You can also freeze them: Once completely cooled, freeze the pizza bagel bites in a single layer on a baking sheet for 30 minutes. Once frozen, transfer them to a freezer-safe plastic bag and store them in the back of your freezer for 2-3 months. Reheat them in the oven at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH PIZZA BITES?

I like to serve these fresh out of the air fryer with warmed pizza sauce or marinara for dipping. SO good! You can also dip them in wings sauce, ranch dressing, blue cheese dip, or really any other dipping sauce you enjoy.
