Ingredients

PROTEIN PIZZA CRUST

  • ¾ cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop Multi-purpose protein powder – I used PEScience and you can use code BAILEY at checkout to save money on all their products
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup plain Greek Yogurt

TOPPINGS

  • ½ cup Homemade Big Mac Sauce
  • White onion chopped
  • Pickles chopped
  • Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Tomato chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, protein powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and stir until you have a consistent dough. Feel free to get your hands in there!
  • On a piece of parchment paper, spread your dough into a round or square pizza shape. A rolling pin can help, but perfection is not the goal here; rustic charm is.
  • Brown your ground beef over medium heat. Set aside.
  • Mix the Homemade Big Mac Sauce together.
  • Spray your pizza crust with non-stick cooking spray and poke a few holes in the crust with a fork. Then add your pizza crust to the air fryer.
  • Air fry at 400 degrees F for about 5 minutes then flip the crust, being careful not to break the pizza base, and cook for another 3 minutes. Flip the crust back over then add your copycat Big Mac sauce, ground beef, and cheese. Air fry for another 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from air fryer and top with lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Slice it up and dive into the delicious world of guilt-free indulgence.
