  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • ยฝ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

McChicken Sauce ** see notes

  • ยผ cup light mayonnaise
  • ยผ cup miracle whip

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mixย together the light mayo and Miracle Whipย until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mixย ground chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.

  • Heat aย large skillet over medium-high heatย with a little avocado oil. Place the tortillaย chicken-side downย and cook forย 3-4 minutesย until the chicken isย golden and fully cooked. Flip and crisp up the tortilla side for anotherย 2-3 minutes.
