I don’t know what it is about chicken but it’s never been my favorite. The only way I typically enjoy it is if it’s chicken tenders, or coating it in wet batter and air frying it into a chicken strip.
However this scrumptious recipe may have changed this for me. I’m not sure if it’s because of the piece of bacon (and who doesn’t love bacon), but this is such a great way to eat chicken.
