FLUFFY YOGURT RECIPE

This one’s for my lazy girlies who still want that high-protein main character energy snack. This fluffy yogurt isn’t whipped with a mixer or anything fancy — you just stir it up with a spoon and boom, creamy dessert-like goodness with zero effort.

We’re mixing Greek yogurt with vanilla protein powder, sugar-free pudding mix (for that cheesecake vibe), monkfruit sweetener, and dark chocolate chips. It’s thick, sweet, and legit tastes like cookie dough met a cheesecake and had a high-protein baby.

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR THE FLUFFY YOGURT RECIPE

You will need the following ingredients listed below to make this easy dessert recipe (the exact measurements, nutritional value and full recipe are in the printable recipe card below):

  • Plain Greek Yogurt– This is the base of the bowl. Thick, creamy, and packed with protein. You can use flavored if you prefer, just watch the added sugar.
  • Salted Caramel Protein Powder or Vanilla Protein Powder – Adds sweetness and a protein boost. I love the Salted Caramel protein powder from 1UP Nutritionuse code BAILS at checkout to save 20% off all products.
  • Cheesecake or Vanilla Pudding Mix – Just a small amount thickens it up and gives a dessert-like flavor. Totally optional but so worth it.
  • Baking powder – adds the tanginess and fluffiness to the yogurt. Buff Unicorn aka the fluffy yogurt girl always uses this.
  • Monkfruit Sweetener – Adds extra sweetness without any sugar. Feel free to swap with stevia, honey, or maple syrup.
  • Dark Chocolate Chips – For crunch, chocolatey goodness, and overall joy. Use mini chips or chop up a bar for melty bites.
  • Optional – fresh fruit, vanilla extract, lemon zest, pb2, peanut butter, agave syrup, vanilla wafers, etc.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST RESULTS

  • Use thick, plain full fat Greek yogurt — not the runny stuff.

  • Don’t overdo the pudding mix or it gets gloopy. A little goes a long way.

  • Let it sit for 2–3 mins after mixing if you want it even thicker.

  • Add toppings like berries, granola, or peanut butter if you’re feeling

STORING LEFTOVER WHIPPED YOGURT

Toss any leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 2 days. Give it a quick stir before eating. It also makes a bomb topping on oats or pancakes.

FAQS

CAN I SKIP THE PUDDING MIX?

You can, but the pudding mix is what gives it that cheesecake-like texture. Highly recommend it.

WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH THE FLUFFY YOGURT TREND?

It’s blowing up on TikTok and Instagram — especially with fitness influencers showing off how easy it is to make a high-protein, dessert-style snack using a cup of plain Fage Greek yogurt and a few add-ins. The hype is real, and honestly? It lives up to the promised fluffiness.

WILL THE SUGAR ALCOHOLS AFFECT DIGESTION?

For some people, yes. Sugar alcohols can cause GI symptoms like bloating or a weird mouthfeel. Everyone reacts differently — test and adjust based on your own body.
