  • Cream cheese
  • Hummus dip – plain hummus, garlicky hummus, homemade hummus, red pepper hummus, etc.
  • Grape tomatoes – can use cherry tomatoes, Roma tomatoes, heirloom tomatoes, etc.
  • Kalamata olives – can use black olives, green olives, etc.
  • Fresh cucumber
  • Pepperoncini peppers
  • Pre-crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh herbs – free cilantro, fresh parsley, fresh mint, fresh dill or whatever herbs you desire.
  • Optional – red onion, green onions, red bell pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, artichoke hearts, tzatziki sauce, etc.

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Leave the herb and garlic cream cheese out at room temperature for a bit until it’s soft and spreadable.
  2. Dice the cherry tomatoes and cucumber, chop the Kalamata olives, and slice the pepperoncinis. Set everything aside.
  3. In a serving dish or a shallow bowl, spread the softened herb and garlic cream cheese as the base layer.
  4. Spread the hummus evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped Kalamata olives, diced cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced pepperoncinis evenly over the hummus layer.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetables.
  7. Finish with a generous sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro for a burst of flavor and color.
