Bethenny Frankelโ€™s Supermodel Sandwich is more of a tomato cottage cheese stack situation… and somehow, it works. Itโ€™s crunchy, salty, creamy, and weirdly filling. This viral combo has been all over TikTok, and once you try it, youโ€™ll get why.

Itโ€™s basically layers of thick tomato slices, creamy cottage cheese, deli turkey, and a heavy-handed sprinkle of everything but the bagel seasoning.
