It’s light, creamy, and perfectly sweet thanks to a sprinkle of sugar-free strawberry Jell-O powder. No fancy mixers, no stress, and no added sugar. Just vibes (okay not vibes, but… you get the idea).

Perfect for brunch boards, parties, after-school snacks, or eating straight off the spoon at 9PM (no judgment here), this dip is totally customizable.

Want it sweeter? Add more powder. Want it tangier? Add more Greek yogurt. You’re the boss.

SIMPLE INGREDIENTS FOR THE STRAWBERRY FRUIT DIP

You will need the following ingredients listed below to make this great recipe (the exact measurements, nutritional information, and full recipe are in the printable recipe card below):

  • Cool Whip – I used the light version
  • Greek Yogurt – you could also use strawberry Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • Strawberry Jello Powder – No Sugar added
  • Optional add ins – marshmallow fluff or marshmallow creme, lemon juice, softened cream cheese, strawberry puree, etc.

HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY FRUIT DIP RECIPE

  1. Start by combining cool whip and yogurt in a medium bowl, then sprinkle in about 1/2 teaspoon of jello powder, taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more jello powder. Everybody’s taste may be different so just add little jello at a time.
  2. Chill in refrigerator for an hour before serving with fresh fruit.
  3. Can you believe how simple this delicious dip is?

HOW TO STORE LEFTOVERS?

The leftover fruit dip can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.

Give it a quick stir before serving again. This dip doesn’t freeze well — but you probably won’t have leftovers anyway!

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cool whip, I used Light
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 package JellO - Strawberry Jelly Powder No Sugar Added, 10.1g package

Instructions

  1. Combine cool whip and greek yogurt in a medium size bowl.
  2. Start by sprinkling in about 1/2 teaspoon of jello powder in at a time. Mix, taste and add more and more until desired sweetness.

Notes

Don’t dump all the Jell-O powder in at once — adding gradually lets you control the sweetness and color.

Want it thicker? Add more yogurt. Want it fluffier? Add more Cool Whip.

Chill for 30 minutes before serving for max flavor and texture.
