HOW TO MAKE YOUR DELICIOUS CHICKEN SANDWICH

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, chili powder and cayenne. Form into 4 patties.
  3. In a separate small mixing bowl combine the breadcrumb mixture. Add the panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, and paprika and mix well.
  4. Coat each patty in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on prepared baking tray and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 17-19 minutes then broil for 1-2 minutes to get it extra crispy. Watch carefully so they do not overcook.
  6. Place the cooked patty on gluten-free bun and top with homemade mcchicken sauce and crunchy shredded lettuce. Enjoy the great taste!
