HOW TO MAKE

  1. In a blender, combine vanilla sugar-free pudding mix with one vanilla protein shake. Blend the mixture together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the pudding mixture into small bowls or cups, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
  3. Serve and enjoy! You will have 2-3 servings of pudding.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST RESULTS

  • Let It Chill Properly: Give the pudding enough time to set in the fridge. Aim for at least 2-3 hours. If you can wait longer, the texture will be even better.
  • Use a High-Quality Protein Shake: Choose a vanilla protein shake that you love the taste of, as it will greatly impact the flavor of your pudding. A shake with a smooth, creamy texture works best.
  • Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture before chilling. If you prefer a sweeter pudding, you can add a bit of your favorite sweetener, such as honey, stevia, or a splash of vanilla extract.
  • Add Fiber: For an extra nutritional boost, stir in some chia seeds or flaxseeds before chilling. They’ll add a bit of texture and fiber to your pudding.
  • Layer with Fruit: For a more exciting dessert, layer the pudding with fresh fruit like berries, banana slices, or chopped mango. This adds a burst of flavor and some natural sweetness.
  • Experiment with Flavors: Don’t be afraid to experiment with different flavors of protein shakes or pudding mixes. Chocolate, caramel, or even a fruity protein shake can create unique and tasty variations.
  • Portion Control: Divide the pudding into single-serving containers before chilling. This makes it easy to grab a quick snack or dessert without overeating.

STORING LEFTOVERS

  1. Refrigerate: This high protein pudding recipe should be stored in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. Store it in an airtight container or covered with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
  2. Consume within a few days: Homemade protein pudding is best consumed within a few days of making it. After that, it may start to lose its flavor and texture.
  3. Stir before serving: Before serving, give the pudding a quick stir to ensure that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Keep in mind the expiration date of the ingredients: The expiration date of the protein powder and other ingredients used to make the pudding should also be considered when storing the leftovers.
