  • Sweetener of choice – I used monkfruit
  • Lotus biscoff spread – also known as cookie butter
  • Lotus biscoff cookies
  • Optional – vanilla extract, chocolate, coconut oil, cream cheese, etc.

HOW TO MAKE THE BISCOFF YOGURT BOWL

  1. In a small bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla protein powder. Stir it up until the protein powder is completely blended in and the yogurt is smooth. Then add 1 tsp sweetener.
  2. In a separate bowl, melt the biscoff spread.
  3. Pour the biscoff over the yogurt bowl and spread evenly. Immediately add crushed biscoff cookie to the biscoff spread layer.
  4. Set in freezer for 15 minutes. Enjoy!
