If you love a loaded deli sub but donโ€™t necessarily need the giant bread situation that comes with it, let me introduce you to Sub in a Tub. Itโ€™s basically your favorite sandwichโ€ฆ just dumped into a bowl instead of stuffed into a bun.

You still get all the good stuff โ€” deli meats, cheese, crunchy lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and a drizzle of dressing โ€” but itโ€™s lighter, super customizable, and honestly way easier to throw together. No bread slicing, no sandwich engineering, just layer everything in a bowl and dig in.

This is one of my go-to lunches when I want something high protein, quick, and actually satisfying. It takes about five minutes, you can switch up the meats and toppings depending on what you have in the fridge, and it hits that sandwich craving every single time.
