HOW TO MAKE

  1. Pick out your favorite freezer-safe tall glass for your holiday cocktail. Fill the bottom of the glass with water. Once this freezes it acts as the ice cube.
  2. Place a rosemary sprig upside down in the middle of the glass. Tie the sprig with a bit of strong and secure the string with a toothpick at the top so it stays upright. This becomes your Christmas tree.
  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours. Your rosemary sprig should be standing upright in the glass.
  4. Fill with your gin and tonic cocktail. For the full snow globe effect you need to ensure you’re using either tonic or club soda for the bubbles. Enjoy!
