TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST RESULTS

  1. Creamy Cottage Cheese: Opt for either full-fat or lower-fat cottage cheese, depending on your preference. Full-fat cottage cheese adds richness, while lower-fat options offer a lighter texture. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth to ensure a creamy consistency in your cookie dough mixture.
  2. Sweetness and Flavor: Use pure maple syrup for its natural sweetness and depth of flavor. It adds a touch of richness to the cookie dough while complementing the other ingredients. Adjust the amount of maple syrup based on your desired level of sweetness.
  3. Enhanced Flavor: Add a splash of vanilla extract to the cookie dough mixture for a hint of warm, aromatic flavor. It enhances the sweetness of the maple syrup and adds depth to the overall taste profile.
  4. Nutty Texture: Almond flour provides a nutty texture and helps bind the ingredients together. Its subtle flavor complements the other ingredients and adds a hint of richness to the cookie dough. Be sure to use finely ground almond flour for the best results.
  5. Protein Boost: Choose your favorite vanilla protein powder to infuse the cookie dough with an extra dose of protein. Not only does it contribute to the nutritional profile of the bark, but it also adds a subtle vanilla flavor that pairs beautifully with the other ingredients.
  6. Chocolate Indulgence: Use dark chocolate chips for a rich, decadent flavor that balances the sweetness of the cookie dough. Alternatively, you can use semi-sweet or mini chocolate chips based on your preference. Fold them into the cookie dough mixture for pockets of chocolatey goodness in every bite.
  7. Smooth Texture: Incorporate coconut oil into the cookie dough to add moisture and create a smooth, silky texture. Melt the coconut oil before adding it to the mixture, and be sure to mix well to distribute it evenly.
