High Protein Ranch Dressing

Iโ€™m not gonna lieโ€ฆ I put ranch on pretty much everything.

But the store-bought stuff? Usually packed with oil and a little too heavy.

This high protein ranch is made with Greek yogurt, so itโ€™s creamy, tangy, and actually a bit more filling thanks to the protein boost. It takes 5 minutes to whip up, tastes way fresher than bottled, and youโ€™ll want to keep a jar in the fridge at all times.

Some of my favorite ways to use this ranch dressing are with my Buffalo Chicken Crust Pizza or my Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks.

Faqs

Can I use full-fat mayo instead of light?

Yes! It will make the ranch richer and creamier.

Can I freeze the high protein ranch dressing?

Not recommended โ€” the dairy base doesnโ€™t thaw well and the texture will get weird.

Is this healthier than regular ranch dressing?

Definitely. With Greek yogurt as the base, youโ€™re getting more protein and fewer calories compared to traditional ranch.

Storing Leftovers

Store the dressing in an airtight container or mason jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a good stir before each use.
