INGREDIENTS FOR THE NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE RECIPE
You will need the following ingredients listed below to make this easy fudge recipe (the exact measurements and instructions, nutritional information and full recipe are in the recipe card at the bottom of the post):
- Creamy Peanut Butter – natural peanut butter works great in this recipe. Crunchy peanut butter or smooth peanut butter both work.
- Salted Butter
- Vanilla Extract
- Powdered Sugar
- Optional – chocolate chips, reeseโs pieces, toffee bits or anything else to add to the top of the fudge.

HOW TO MAKE
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper or wax paper and set aside.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter in a small pot over medium heat. Once everything is completely melted remove from stovetop.
- If you choose to do this in the microwave, ensure you’re using a microwave safe bowl and heat in 30 second increments. Stir the mixture and then microwave for another 30 seconds.
- Add the vanilla extract and the powdered sugar and mix well. It will be a thick batter.
- Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan. Use the back of a spatula to press down and make everything even.
- Put in refrigerator to set for minimum 2-3 hours. Cut in 25 little squares and enjoy your homemade fudge!

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST RESULTS

Use salted butter. It balances the sweetness and makes it taste like bakery fudge.

Work fast. Once the sugar goes in, it starts to set. Get it straight into the pan.

Too thick to spread? Lightly grease your spatula or press with parchment.

Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 cup butter salted
- 1 ยฝ tsp vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the peanut butter and butter over the stove on medium low heat. Stir with wooden spoon until everything has melted and is smooth.
- Remove from stovetop and add the vanilla and powdered sugar. It will be a thick batter.
- Press the batter into prepared pan. Use the back of a spatula to press down and make everything flat and even.
- Put in refrigerator to set for 2-3 hours. Cut into 20-25 little squares and enjoy!
