  1. Wash grapes and de-stem them. Then pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Add to a large deep bowl or Tupperware container. Add the prosecco and vodka, and let sit overnight for up to 24 hours.
  3. The next day spread sugar on a plate. Drain grapes and pat down with paper towel again, ensuring they are not completely dry this time.
  4. Roll the grapes on the sugar plate until they are fully covered.
  5. Add 2-3 grapes to toothpicks and add to the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until they are solid.
