Protein Banana Bark Recipe

If youโ€™ve got a sweet tooth but are trying to keep things a little more balanced, this Protein Banana Bark is about to be your new go-to. Itโ€™s cold, chocolatey, a little crunchy, and honestly feels like youโ€™re eating a frozen dessertโ€ฆ but itโ€™s actually packed with protein.

Itโ€™s one of those recipes that looks kind of random while youโ€™re making it (likeโ€ฆ just bananas on a tray?) but once itโ€™s frozen and you break it into pieces, it turns into these little chocolate peanut butter bites that are dangerously good.

I keep this in the freezer for when I want something sweet at night or need a quick snack that actually keeps me full. Minimal effort, simple ingredients, and no baking โ€” exactly how I like it.

Faqs

Can I use a different protein powder flavor?
Yes. Chocolate, vanilla, or peanut butter all work well. If you use vanilla protein powder you will yield more of a perfect sweet vanilla taste.

Why is my protein layer too thick or too runny?
It depends on the protein powder. Add milk slowly until you reach a spreadable consistency similar to smooth peanut butter consistency.

Can I make this dairy-free?
Yes, just use dairy-free chocolate chips and protein powder.
