SIMPLE INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR THE BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP

You will need the following ingredients listed below to make this easy dinner (the detailed instructions, nutritional information and full recipe are in the printable recipe card at the bottom of this post):

  • Cooked chicken tenders – can also use chicken breasts and make my Air Fryer Spicy Chicken Tenders
  • Buffalo sauce – any type of hot sauce will do but Franks Red Hot Sauce is my favorite.
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Four tortillas
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing – can use a blue cheese caesar dressing if desired
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: Croutons for extra crunch, garlic powder, extra buffalo sauce, etc.

HOW TO MAKE

  1. In a medium bowl, toss chopped chicken tenders and buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped romaine lettuce with the Caesar dressing until the lettuce is well coated.
  3. Heat the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds so they are easier to fold. Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a layer of the Caesar salad mixture on each.
  4. Add a sprinkle of shredded Parmesan then top with the buffalo chicken. If you like extra crunch, sprinkle a few croutons over the top.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom. If you’re taking these on the go, wrap them in foil to keep everything together.
  6. If you want to take things one step further, grill each side of the wrap for 1-2 minutes until warmed and slightly golden brown.

TIPS AND TRICKS FOR BEST RESULTS

  • Chicken Shortcut: Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. Just shred and toss it in buffalo sauce.
  • Homemade Dressing: Make your own Caesar dressing for an extra fresh and flavorful touch.
  • Grill It: After assembling, you can grill the wraps in a hot skillet for a few minutes on each side to get a nice crispy finish.

STORING LEFTOVER CHICKEN WRAPS

To keep your leftover Buffalo Chicken Caesar Wraps fresh and tasty, wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

For the best texture, store the buffalo chicken and salad mixture separately from the tortillas, assembling the wraps just before eating. This prevents the tortillas from becoming soggy.

Reheat the chicken slightly before assembling for a warm and delicious wrap!
