  • Lean ground beef – can use ground turkey for a lower calorie option.
  • Yellow onion – can use red onions as well
  • Garlic cloves
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Dill pickles
  • Sharp cheddar cheese – can use pepper jack if you want to add a spicy kick to your bowl of soup.
  • Cream cheese
  • Organic chicken broth – can use beef broth as well.
  • Tomato paste
  • Heavy whipping cream
