  • Parmesan cheese – can add other cheeses as well such as mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, etc.
  • Fresh veggies – bell peppers, diced green onions, 
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chocolate chips
  • Protein powder – I love using vanilla protein powder and chocolate protein powder
  • Fresh fruit
  • Sour cream
  • Olive oil
  • Peanut butter
  • Vanilla extract
